Tracking questions, answered

Where do I find my tracking link?

Two places, always: the shipping-confirmation email we send the moment your label is created, and your order page in the dashboard. Both carry the same live tracking link, and the raw tracking number also works directly on the carrier's own website.

I never got the shipping email — now what?

Check your spam folder first, then sign in to your dashboard: every order's full timeline — signing, sealing, and shipping — lives on the order page, including the current tracking link. If you still can't find it, email support with your order code and we'll resend it.

My tracking page shows no movement yet. Is something wrong?

Usually not. Carriers often take a few hours after the label is created to record the first scan, and packages handed off late in the day may not scan until the next morning. If nothing has moved for more than two business days, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Do print-and-mail orders get tracking too?

Yes. Self-ship orders get a prepaid label with live carrier tracking, and automated print-and-mail through our mailing partners reports delivery status updates to the same order page — so either way, the shipment's story sits next to your signing and notarization records.
