FOR OWNERS, OPERATORS & OFFICE MANAGERS
The documents that keep a business moving.

E-sign for $29 — no subscription math
Send an agreement to unlimited signers who never need accounts. The executed contract comes back as a cryptographically sealed PDF either side can verify publicly, plus a certificate of completion for your records.

THE FINE PRINT, UP FRONT
Not every form is a notarization — we'll tell you
Most states' statutory lien waivers don't legally require notarization (California's don't), even when a GC asks for it anyway — and completing Form I-9 is not a notarial act at all: a notary who assists acts only as the employer's authorized representative and applies no seal, which some states restrict. Our checkout flags what your document actually needs, so you don't pay for a seal that means nothing.

QUESTIONS
Asked before every order
Do we need a subscription?
No. Everything is pay-per-document: $29 to e-sign, $49 to notarize online, shipping at cost with each fee on its own receipt line. If you turn out to send documents every week, optional partner plans add a standing discount and office tooling — the honest math is on the pricing page.
Can our subcontractors sign lien waivers from their phones?
Yes — they tap a link, review, and sign from any device with no account. Worth knowing: most states' statutory waiver forms (including California's) don't require notarization, so usually an e-signed waiver is exactly what your GC needs. When one genuinely requires a seal, or the paying party demands it, notarization happens in the same flow.
Can you notarize an employee's Form I-9?
Honest answer: completing an I-9 is not a notarial act. A notary who helps acts only as the employer's authorized representative and applies no notarial seal — and some states, including California, restrict who may do this. We host the current blank I-9 for download in our forms library, and our checkout won't sell you a seal the form doesn't take.
How fast can we get a notarized PS-1583 back to our mailbox provider?
Usually same-day. Upload the completed form, meet the notary on video, and download the sealed PDF the moment the session ends — most commercial mail agencies accept it electronically. If yours wants paper, add tracked or overnight delivery at checkout.
How do clients know our contracts are legit?
Every executed document is sealed with a digital certificate — visible in Adobe Acrobat's signature panel — and anyone can drop the PDF at signsealship.com/verify to see the signing evidence. No account, no sales call, no taking your word for it.
