Most contract AI blurs what a model guessed into what a system knows; Tessera's core design rule is that it never can.
CITATIONS REQUIRED
Every extracted fact carries the exact passage it came from and a confidence level. A fact is only marked verified when its quoted source passes an exact match against the document; anything fuzzier is flagged for human review, never silently accepted.
FIRST-PARTY EVIDENCE
Standalone contract AI meets your agreement as a PDF of unknown history. Tessera runs inside the platform that executed it — signing ceremony, notarization, delivery, seal — so its answers come with the agreement's evidence history attached.
