FOR INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES PLANNING AHEAD
Estate documents, executed properly.
A durable POA before surgery. A healthcare directive your parent's hospital will actually accept. A trust certification the bank wants notarized by Thursday. SignSealShip executes the documents your attorney or your state's statutory forms provide — online where the law allows it, on paper with tracked shipping where it doesn't.
POAs and directives, notarized tonight
Durable and medical powers of attorney are the most-notarized estate documents there are — and in most states they can be notarized on a recorded video call with a commissioned notary, 24/7, from $49. Need a witness? Add one on demand for $25.
Wills routed honestly
Several states exclude wills and codicils from online notarization, and most wills are executed with wet-ink formalities anyway. When online isn't the lawful path, paper still moves fast: print-and-mail or a prepaid label, tracked overnight delivery, and confirmation when it lands.
A record the bank or court can check
Executed documents come back as sealed, tamper-evident PDFs. Any institution can verify authenticity at our public verify portal by dropping in the file — no account, no callback, no waiting on hold.
How it works for estate planning
- 01
Upload the document you already have
From your attorney or your state's statutory form — we execute it, we never draft it. Blank statutory POA forms are in our free library if you need one.
- 02
Sign with the right formalities
E-sign, meet a notary on video where your state and document type allow it, and add an on-demand witness if the document calls for one. We check eligibility before you pay.
- 03
Deliver originals where they're needed
To your attorney, your bank, a family member, or your own safe — prepaid label or print-and-mail, first-class to certified and overnight, tracked the whole way.
THE FINE PRINT, UP FRONT
Wills are the big exception in online notarization
States including Louisiana, New Jersey, and New York exclude wills from online notarization, and others apply special handling — separate from the fact that most wills are made valid by witnesses, not a notary seal (the notary typically seals the optional self-proving affidavit). We check your state and document type before checkout, and if you're unsure what your situation needs, that's a question for a licensed attorney.

QUESTIONS
Asked before every order
Can I get a power of attorney notarized online?
In most states, yes. A POA is signed on a recorded video session with a commissioned notary who verifies your ID, watches you sign, and applies an electronic seal — from $49 with the first seal and identity verification included. Some states restrict which documents qualify, so we check your state and document type before you pay.
Can a will be notarized online?
Usually the honest answer is: that's the wrong question. Most wills are made valid by witnessed signing, not notarization — what gets notarized is typically the optional self-proving affidavit. Several states (including Louisiana, New Jersey, and New York) exclude wills from online notarization entirely, and others apply special rules. We flag all of this for your state before checkout, and executing the paper original with tracked shipping always remains available.
Do you provide the POA or directive form?
We host blank, unaltered statutory forms — including durable and medical powers of attorney for many states — free in our forms library. Choosing and completing the right form for your situation is up to you or your attorney: SignSealShip is a technology platform, not a law firm, and doesn't give legal advice.
Can you send the signed originals to my attorney or family?
Yes. Add delivery at checkout and we generate a prepaid label or print-and-mail the executed set — first-class, certified, or overnight with major carriers, tracked door to door. Many families send the original POA straight to the agent who'll use it and keep the sealed PDF as their record.
Will banks and hospitals accept an online-notarized POA?
Notarizations performed under a state's RON law carry the same legal effect as in-person notarizations, and your document comes with a verifiable digital seal and audit trail. Institutions do maintain their own acceptance practices, so for a high-stakes use we recommend confirming with the receiving bank or facility first — and anyone can verify the document itself at our public verify portal.
