Is this a mortgage eClosing platform?
No. We don't do eNotes, eVaults, or county eRecording — those live on dedicated closing infrastructure. What we do is execute the rest of the loan file fast: e-sign with sealed PDFs, online notarization coordination where state rules allow it, and tracked shipping of originals, all pay-per-document with no borrower accounts.
How is the borrower's identity verified for notarization?
The same way state RON laws require: knowledge-based authentication questions generated from public records plus photo-ID capture, followed by a recorded video session where the commissioned notary confirms the ID. A failed identity check locks online verification for 24 hours under identity-proofing rules — and the borrower isn't charged for an incomplete notarization.
Can we get the wet-ink originals back?
Yes. Choose delivery at checkout — prepaid label for the borrower's originals or print-and-mail of the executed set — with first-class, certified, or overnight service and door-to-door tracking. A scan-back PDF arrives the moment documents are sealed, so processing never waits on the courier.
How do we verify a document years later?
Drop the PDF at signsealship.com/verify. The portal reads the Google Cloud KMS seal and shows the full execution evidence — signers, timestamps, notarization details, and shipping history — with no account required. The seal is also visible to anyone in Adobe Acrobat's signature panel.
Do borrowers need accounts or subscriptions?
Never. Borrowers click a link, verify identity when notarization requires it, and sign. Your team can pay per document with an itemized receipt for each file, or move to a partner plan with volume discounts and live-status Rooms if the math works.
