Refunds follow what has actually happened with the order. The line for a service remains refundable until that service reaches the point described below.

E-sign workflow
Refundable before the first signature
The e-sign portion remains refundable until a signer applies the first signature to the document.
Online notarization
Refundable before the session occurs
The notary fee can be refunded if the notarization session has not occurred. A completed notarial act is not refundable because the notary performed the service.
Postage
Refundable only when the carrier accepts a void
An unused label may be refunded if the carrier accepts the void. Once the package is scanned, the postage has been spent.
Request a cancellation or refund
Email support@signsealship.com with your order number. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
